The contract language for InjectOS is German (Section 1(4) of our General Terms and Conditions). The authoritative version of the terms is the German „Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)". This English page is a non-binding overview for convenience.

Key facts (non-binding overview)

• Business customers only: InjectOS is offered to entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB), legal entities under public law and special funds under public law — not to consumers.
• Subject: provision of the cloud ERP InjectOS as software-as-a-service, billed by the number of productive machines.
• Term: 12 months initial term, then indefinite, cancellable with 14 days' notice to month-end.
• Pricing & payment: as per the pricing page, all prices plus statutory VAT; payment term 8 days. Price guarantee: your package price stays frozen for 24 months.
• Data return: after termination your data is available for export for 30 days, then deleted; statutory retention is your responsibility.
• Governing law & jurisdiction: German law (excluding the CISG); place of jurisdiction Siegburg for merchants.

In case of any discrepancy, the German AGB linked above prevails.
